Washington
Photocopy, in coordination with the Customer, will assist in installing the
Model onto the network. The Customer's
Network Administrator (or other qualified person) will be responsible for
supplying a unique IP address at the time of the installation. Washington Photocopy will assist in loading
software onto the server and will set-up three workstations. Washington
Photocopy will provide one hour of training for one network administrator. If requested, Washington Photocopy may
install the software onto the remaining workstations and provide Model
application training for network use, for a fee of $125.00 per hour.
Washington
Photocopy will collaborate with the Customer for the successful installation of
the Model on the Customer's network, limited to the certain network operating
systems. Successful installation is the ability to print a standard test page
from the designated workstation(s) to the Model.
Time
Estimates
Washington
Photocopy makes every reasonable effort to make an accurate estimate of the
time required to complete a project.
The actual time required will vary depending upon circumstances found
onsite. We estimate an approximate time
of _____ hours for a successful installation.
Our estimates assume that Washington Photocopy personnel will have
access to the Customer's equipment and assistance from the Customer's Network
Administrator.
Completion
of Project
Once
a successful installation has been accomplished, the project is complete. If a customer would like to try other
applications or programs and needs Washington Photocopy support, hourly rate
charges will be necessary. Given the
various forms of software and their applications Washington Photocopy cannot
guarantee complete functionality with the Model.
As a precaution, Washington Photocopy requires that all network files are backed-up by the Customer's Network Administrator prior to the installation of any new image device. Prior to the start of any work by Washington Photocopy representative the customer is required to read and sign the General Release and Limitation of Liability form.
Notes:
1. Successful installation is the ability to
print a standard test page, from the designated workstation(s), to the Model.
2. Labor charges are $125.00 for the first hour
and then billed in quarterly-hour increments thereafter at a rate of $35.00 per
15 minutes. A one-way trip charge is
included in the $125.00 minimum charge.
